Hello from Kentucky

Hey guys. I'm new here. Been a "car guy" for my whole life. I've had a '93 Z28, a few Mustang GTs, lots of Jeeps and trucks, etc. But recently I had the chance to pick up one of my dream cars. I found a one-owner 2003 Mach 1 in the Azure Blue color with a stick shift just 45 minutes away from me on craigs list. The owner ordered it in July 2002, and was one of the first guys to receive a production Mach 1. He drove it daily for 10 years, then started to ease up on it a bit. As a result, it's got 128,000 miles on the clock and a host of rock chips on the hood and front bumper cover. But it's also 100% bone stock which is rare (and I love that fact) and it's got a good service history and clean Carfax.

I did a couple of minor mods to it to open up the airflow a little bit, and added a Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft since the stock U-joints were getting worn by now anyhow. Now I will focus on fixing the cosmetic stuff to get it back to show car quality again soon.

Thanks guys!

Welcome! Sounds good. I think I probably would have tried that setup too if mine didn’t already have a flow master cat back in it when I got it. They had removed the flow master mufflers and had pipes welded in their place.

Welcome, from a fellow bluegrass man.
Azure is my favorite color for the New Edge Mach’s.
