Anyone know the thread count on the egr tube?

A buddy of mine installed an intake spacer on his car and couldn't get the egr to line up and cross threaded the bolt holes. He blocked the intake and egr itself for the mean time and wants to keep the egr. He's planning on adapting a spacer onto the egr tube but we have no idea what the thread count is so that he can match everything up and bolt the egr tube back on. So, does anyone have any idea what the thread count is? TIA

You mean the two bolts that hold the egr valve on? If so its M8x1.25.

Believe it or not a 5/8" brass crush coupling will fit over the EGR tube

Honestly if the intake spacer is 3/8" you wont need one.

I'm talking about where the tube mounts onto the exhaust manifold

It's a half inch spacer, he had a really tough time getting the egr to line up to the two bolt holes and ended up cross threading them. He plans on using two thinner and longer bolts with nuts at the end to mount the egr back onto the intake
