Yes, I've run the Redhorse fittings on my other project cars with great results.

Thanks. I got a good deal from a local junkyard on it. Had them remove the hat/pumps and got the whole tank with plastic bottom cover for $250.00.

I'm not done yet and got a few more detail oriented things to do.
Just gotta have some free time to work on it again next weekend.

I purchased a set of the stainless engine fasteners from Proweld http://www.proweldperformanceparts.com/id172.html

I have installed them onto the valve covers and coil covers. Got some to mount the supercharger onto the lower intake.
I'm debating on a set of the ones for the pulley bridge.

Not sure if I'm going to powdercoat the coil covers gloss black with Torch red lettering, or I might just polish them out.
Undecided at the moment.

I think a little chrome/polish with the red and black will mix well with the entire paint scheme of the car (red/black).

I guess I'll have to bolt it all up and decide then.

There's no doubt its a cooling mod Zack.

The Mach1 has the fitting at the back of the cylinder head that feeds the heater core. Tying the 2 together kills the dead end behind the DS cylinder head.

Don't sweat it man. You did offer good advice in the beginning!
I checked my intercooler with a pressure and a vacuum test and it passed just fine. One less thing to worry about!

Re: TTSaleen's Eaton Swap Mach 1 project

So I'm still toying with the ideas of what to do to my Mach underhood.
I've had polished stuff in the past and while very nice to look at, it was a BEAR to keep clean and scratch free!

Here's my old TTSaleen underhood for reference.

I believe I need a "little" polish/chrome but thinking more powdercoat might not be a bad thing.

For example -
The radiator cover I have looks really good.
However it does not have a provision for the intercooler tank.
I purchased a stock plastic replacement piece and considering having it painted to match the car color.

Any suggestions are welcome!!

Re: TTSaleen's Eaton Swap Mach 1 project

Here's a few progress pics.
Finished the main accessory setup and got the belt installed.
Mounted the pulley bridge and my Metco idlers.
Started working on extending the alternator wiring from top mount to side mount.
Installed water tubing, supercharger intercooler adapter and hoses.

Got to get the alternator installed, power steering lines hooked up, and oil fiter adapter reinstalled.

Getting there slowly, but having fun doing it.

Hard to find since it's not mounted yet. LOL.

Little more progress tonight.

Mounted inlet elbow, throttle body, passenger side coil cover, and installed my new stainless fasteners.

Thanks guys. I like having something a little different from everybody else when I pop the hood at the local car shows.

Small project update.

Got the alternator harness modified with the Cobra style connector.
I took my wires and soldered on the connector. I did not have to lengthen any wires at all. As a matter of fact, my factory wires are a little long!
It helps that I removed them from the factory harness bundle!

Mounted the alternator and brackets.

The power steering line fought me to get into place. I hope this doesn't leak and come back to bite me later!

Still waiting on parts to come in.

My radiator hoses are finally in this week.
My supercharger belt is to arrive tomorrow.
My coil cover on the driver side is still not in yet. Dang you TASCA (ordered 1/15/2015)!!
My Canton power steering reservoir should arrive this week (one of the casualties of my install, the factory one had a crack on the lower fitting).

Kinda gives you the idea.
That's the Cobra power steering reservoir, bracket, and lines.
I like it better than the Mach one.

it will for sure be different when ever you go to a show and pop that hood, even if you didn't have the color under the hood, just the eaton swap would catch some attention

Talking Re: TTSaleen's Eaton Swap Mach 1 project

Made some more progress last night.

Canton power steering reservoir installed.
Gates green stripe belt arrived and fit like a glove.
Radiator and fan installed.
All radiator/thermostat hoses arrived and installed.
New Reische 170* thermostat installed.

Little things left to do -

1. Wire up IAT2.
2. Address power steering line connection at bottom of pump. Appears to be leaking.
3. Wire up intercooler pump.
4. Figure out needed vacuum lines and install.
5. Complete fuel line run to engine and tighten down regulator.
6. Install throttle and cruise cables.
7. Add coolant and burp system for intercooler.
8. Add coolant and burp system for radiator.
9. Get startup tune and load before starting engine.
10. Take off intercooler brackets and paint black.
11. Cap off EGR fitting on header.
12. Install motor mount nut and tighten.
13. Make up a breather system for both valve covers.

Looks Great!! I just did this swap myself and unbundled the alt wires also. Your swap looks a lot more detailed and clean than my swap as I just wanted mine done
