i've owned 5. 65 2+2 289 hi-po. 67 289 fb. 81 4 banger . 89 lx 5.0. 03 zink yellow mach 1. still own 65 2+2 and mach 1. they are all great cars. i will drive a mustang until i am to old to drive. then i'll have someone drive me around in one. when i get in a mustang i have a smile on my face.

First Stang I drove was an 02 GT droptop. Silver with black stripes and a 5-speed. The local ford dealership gave it to me no questions asked, for my Senior prom as a way of thanking my family for thier business, and for my "Advertising(sp?)" for them at the track. They will work on a modded car without voiding the warenty, as opposed to other delarships that have a habit of voiding it as soon as you drive into the shop.

First Stang I've owned though....This one!!

91 lx 5.0 convertible totalled !
94 gt 5.0 lost in divorce ! no loss was a lemon !

now the mach , worked my way up !

85' GT Vert caught on fire in 93' - rebuilt and still own to this day
93 LX Vert 4 banger Auto - Had to have been the slowest Mustang built!

This is my first. But for as long as I can remember I have been in love with the 1969 Mach 1. No way was I gonna get some plan jane mustang, no chance in hell I would be seen driving a gt, maybe a cobra. I have a fixation with mach1. Always have and always will. I was really excited when they brought it back for the next generation, because I look but can never find a 69 mach that dosen't cost an arm and a leg! I love this car and can't wait to let all these ls1 drivers around my town to take notice and stop bad mouthing the 4.6. Anybody seen a mach1 shirt that has the ol' Mach 1 logo across the chest and maybe the ford logo on the back? I think that shirt would kick ***!

The Mach is my third. I started with a '89 GT which I bought new & kept it 10 years before selling for a SUV! I went 3 years w/out a Stang then bought my '96 Cobra Convertible in Oct. 2002. I bought the Mach last March from my sister-in-law. It was my deceased older brother's car. I had to keep it in the family. I will be forced to sell my Cobra this summer for financial reasons. But the Mach will be mine forever!

Currently own -

1990 GT Black - flawless - street/strip
AND THE NEWBIE PURCHASED THIS WEEK 2004 MACH 1 Screaming Yellow - had to have it to replace the Boss
