I actually sent this to a company
International Delight, they make coffee creamer.
I was trying to open a new bottle of it today, and, well, read on ! "I have a few comments regarding your French Vanilla Creamer. I like it a lot. However: The "low fat" and "sugar free" versions taste like absolute crap, as evidenced at each and every grocery store I have seen. The regular stuff flies off the shelf, and the crummy stuff sits. Whomever taste tested that product and approved it needs to find another line of work, and PRONTO! I have even had conversations with other shoppers regarding this fact. Also, you need to make the fat free and sugar free bottles more distinctive so some poor slob doesn't get stuck with that stuff. I did it once, ONLY ONCE, never again. On another note, I have to compliment you on your super glue that you use to weld the aluminum seal on the new bottles. I realize NASA has retired the space shuttle, and they had a lot of extra external heat shield tile adhesive, but did you have to buy it all? I am sure you got a good deal on it, but Good Lord, have you ever actually tried to remove it in a real world setting? I am thinking of saving up for a plasma cutter (google it if you don't know what it is) to open your packaging, but it may take years of saving to accomomplish that feat. Anyway, have a good day, and don't drink the fat free stuff."

Re: I actually sent this to a company
It took me 10 minutes to open a bottle today.
If the foil isn't removed, the bottle leaks.

That's so funny and so true at the same time. Those bottles are a PITA to open!

Re: I actually sent this to a company
I love it!!!!! Thats a honest way to put it in the real world. Kinda reminds me of trying to open small electronic devices from their bubble wrapped packaging. Could loose a finger or two, or maybe a whole limb trying to open crap these days.
