will this diff cover clear my mm PHB? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I am looking at this diff cover from AM:

I have the Maximum Motorsports Pan hard bar installed on my 2004 Mach and am wanting to get a preload stud diff cover. Will this one work and is it a good unit? I have a gift card for American muscle and would like to get it from them for that reason.

I am mostly wondering if this will interfere with my PHB from MM?

Ran a ph bar with the ta girdle( same casting). So it should clear. Give mm a buzz.great customer service.

Lets us know what they say, I have the same diff cover and thinking about MM PHB.
