Official Procharger HP/TQ/mods thread:

With all the interested in Prochargers on this board I think it would be a good idea to have a thread listing the head unit and supporting mods you are running and also the HP/TQ if available. This will give other users an idea of what size pulleys produce what boost and what supporting mods are needed to achieve that boost level and HP level.

Please use the following format.

Stock bottom end: YES

Head unit: D1SC

Pulley size and boost level: 4.15 pulley, 8psi at 6,200

Fuel system: 39lb injectors, stock MAF with MAFia, 03 Cobra pumps

Tuner: Xcal2 custom tuned by Lasota Racing using my Innovate wideband and Xcal2 datalogs

Other notable mods: ported intake, offroad midpipe, everything else is stock

RWHP/RWTQ: 413rwhp 390rwtq

RWHP/RWTQ: Unknown, but best Track times 12.4@115mph

Pulley size and boost level: 4.00 pulley, should be 10 psi but im seeing 12 at around 6200 I think. Im not 100% sure of the rpm im seeing full boost cause the boost gauge isnt in the car, Had one in it on the dyno though.

Fuel system: 42lb injectors soon to be 60s, stock MAF with MAFia, 03 Cobra pumps

Tuner: Flash tuned by mustang magic

Other notable mods: Bassani off road X, every thing else is stock.

RWHP/RWTQ: 450RWHP 417RWTQ injectors were maxed out thats the only reason we kept it tuned around 450

60# injectors should be enough for most power levels. Don't buy any smaller, otherwise you can end up buying injectors 2 and 3 times. I've had 42#, 55#, 60#, and now 72#. As far as the fuel system, buy a complete hat and line upgrade kit. You will have less headaches and only spend the labor money one time for the install.

I told my tuner to stay below 400rwhp. I want to keep it safe. A/F 11.1 - 11.3 and 10 deg advance up top.

First time ever at the track and best was 12.66@117 on GoodYear F1-GS-D3's.

Just installed a 3.7 stock Procharger pulley but had some detonation so we had to pull some timing out (to 13* and made about the same power, just more under the curve). I'll be running some 100 octane next week and see what it'll do.

Have been doing some calling around and spoke to Steeda in Canada. Commented that the Procharger is pretty intensive duty cycle wise and that it maxes fuel out @ 400 Rwhp causing lean conditions using the pump that comes in the kit.

Anyone else have similar comments from any dyno/tuner shops?

Here we go...

Stock bottom end: YES

Head unit: P1SC1

Pulley size and boost level: 4.00 pulley I think, 9psi at 6,200

Fuel system: 42lb injectors, stock MAF with MAFia, 03 Cobra pumps and tank

Tuning: SCT custom chip on dyno

Other notable mods: 4.10 gears, Magnaflow catted X and cat back

RWHP/RWTQ: 432/382
