Lost the only car I ever loved

A few months back my 03 DSG was totalled.(not by me). I was truely heart broken. I spent the last 4 years basically rebuilding it cause it was a peice of junk when I bought it.

On the bright side I picked up an 03 torch red last week with 21k original miles. It is absolutely in perfect shape. When I bought it, it had black sparco wheels on it witch are rare and because of that I found the original owner of the car on here (hotrodnut). I messaged him cause I see he still comes on here once in awhile. Thank you M1R. Back in 2004 I bought a torch red one but had to sell it when my wife got pregnant so I think it was destiny.

Yea they do. I have had alot of mustangs and 3 mach 1s now, but back in 06 when I had to get rid of the red one for the family I knew I would own another one. The dsg one that was recently totalled was a gift from my wife and it meant alot

That's awesome man! That's the reason I didn't buy a new Mustang back in 03. We were expecting my son, so I bought an 88GT a year or so later. The new ones cost too **** much now lol. Glad you found such a clean, low mile Mach!

Re: Lost the only car I ever loved

Thanks guys for the replys. I forgot how much fun a stick shift mach 1 is, the DSG was an auto. The original owner has 15 pages on here of everything he did to the car from the day he bought it and he did most of it his self. I am very ocd when it comes to my machs so it is awesome knowing how well he took care of it

Re: Lost the only car I ever loved

Glad it all worked out in the end, 21,000 miles is a great find. Ours just turned over 23,000 miles and I thought that was low.
