Think I lost my tranny??? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

At the track tonight hard shifted into 4th at the end of the track and nothing. No grinding no loud bangs nothing. The car rolls like it is neutral in any gear. I just put a new clutch in it I checked the cable and the clutch engaging and disengaging smooth. I'm thinking its my input shaft maybe? Anyone have the same issue with them?

Best time for the night was 12.1 123mph 2.03 60ft
