Nitrous recommendations ?
Ok all, i have gone the route of all the normal bolt ons and 4.30 rear end gears etc. I have always been a nitrous junkie with my former 11 sec bottle fed 88 Gt. now i want to spray my mach 1.
what are your recommendations for a kit and is it possible for a dry kit ? or only a wet kit becuase of the fuel system configuration. I will buy a window switch as well as i had one in the gt and was a must have as well as a bottle heater. Any input is appreciated with yoru results and long term opionions from experience. looking for only a 100 to 150 shot no more at this time. will start small with 100 first. thanks all in advance. any pix would be great too. cheers |

Re: Nitrous recommendations ?
did just what you are talking about with my mach. ran it yesterday and got a 12.2. I am not the best of drivers so I am sure that it will run 11's but I cant launch it to save my life.
Anyways just like 2k4Mach said. Thats what I have and it runs pretty **** good.

11.78 on a BX 100 wet shot in my slowmatic mach. I also suggest a wideband a/f guage and a hand held tuner that will let you change fuel and timing settings for the spray.

Re: Nitrous recommendations ?
The wilson kit is a great deal for the shot, but if you want to go big in the end TNT is the only way to go, best solenoids and nozzle I have seen.

Re: Nitrous recommendations ?
I ran a 10.87 @ 127mph on that zex baby shot.............so if these guys would pay more attention to the rest of the car they wouldnt need a even a zex 150 shot to get it done.
