So this day in History
FEB 4….the day may parents were Married 62 years ago. As some of you know we lost Mom back in December. I was visiting with my father today and I told him the story…the story of one reason I keep this car.
The car was ordered by a gentleman out of Beaumont. By the time it came in to my dealership, one had come in at the gentleman’s home dealership and they cut him a deal I guess because he didn’t pick this one up. A friend of mine worked at the dealership and parked mine and a DSG right out front knowing I drove by every day on the way to work…lol. Anyway I bought the car on 4/17/2003…mustangs 39th birthday… Well….the cars production date is 2/4/2003. What are the odds that I would find myself in this car but that it would have a production date the same as my folks anniversary I have at times been accused of being sentimental Lol Well…20 years ago she rolled down the assembly line. Destined I guess to be mine… Here’s to silly sentimental stories… Peace

Re: So this day in History
Awesome for you and glad you're still rolling around in it. Nothing like being an original owner.

Re: So this day in History
I'm betting very low.
That is really cool how the dates lined up for you. It was your destiny!

Re: So this day in History
Still an original owner, have not been down the track in a few years tho.
Slowly getting it back together, life and work gets in the way sometimes. Peace!
