Superbowl LII

Who's your choice? Are the Patriots gonna make it 6 Superbowl's and tie the Steelers? Is Philly gonna finally win one? I'd like to see Philly win, but I've got a C-note on the Patriots to win against the point spread.

Re: Superbowl LII

I think Philly's defense could pose a problem for Mr. Brady. I think the game will come down to a field goal to win it.

For me, it’s the first time rooting for Philly since back when they had Jaworski tossing the ball. Honestly, any team that is not the Patriots lol.

Re: Superbowl LII

Haven't watched a game all year. Wrong place, wrong time to protest by not standing for the national anthem. The entire NFL can **** and fall back in it, for all I care.

Hope the Eagles win, I always go for the team that has the fewest or none. Plus I hate the pats with a passion and brady is a sissy.

Not a matter of being a hater, just more a matter of a don't-care-er. The Patriots have become the Jimmie Johnson of the NFL, so everyone wants to see them lose. No one cares about the Eagles...because, well...no one cares. The other issues the league is carrying around in their baggage from this season should run off enough customers that Best Buy probably needs to go ahead with a fire sale on the big screens no one is going to buy for the game.

I agree. I can remember being a Jeff Gordon hater because all he did was win, and drove a chevy. Soon the tides will turn but for now from the worst team in the history of NFL to 1 of the top ever I will enjoy it.

Re: Superbowl LII

AND the winner is, The Philadelphia Eagles!!! Turned out to be one of the best Super Bowls that I've ever seen! Breaking record for total yards in a NFL game, first QB (Nick Foles) to throw and catch a TD in a Super Bowl.

Re: Superbowl LII

Come to our Superbowl party they said....
The commercials will be great they said....

They lied.

But the game was good.
I liked that the refs didn't throw a lot of flags on every little thing.
And apparently one of the announcers really wanted to go home with Tom Brady after the game. (All he could do was say how everything Tom did was great.)

Yeah, the commercials were sub par this year. Cris Collinsworth is definitely public enemy #1 in Philly. All he talked about is how great Tom Brady is. Thought he wanted to make out with the guy...lol
