Re: Water pump And harmonic damper
I had to grab my normal pump by the snout and wiggle it all around a good bit before it came out and it hasnt even been installed that long. Id say smack it with a dead blow but I dunno about that on an electric one. Get a real small flat head screw driver and get between the housing and block to get it started?
Youll need a pulley puller. There should be 3 bolt holes on the damper you'll hook into then the center bolt will push it off. You'll need to pull the cooling fan out of the way to clear the puller and get a ratchet/impact on it. You can swing the coolant res out of the way and squeeze the fan up out if need be.
