Blown fuse and found issue

Guys, I have an odd issue.
I had installed a Zex kit. Never even used it it's so new. Yesterday I used my right blinker and all the dash lights and odometer blinked. Left blinker is fine. I also don't have brake lights, although the fuse is good.
I found resistance on the big 30amp fuse under the hood and found it blown so replaced it, but issue still happens.
When the lights are off the right blinker blinks the dash lights, with lights on the right blinker goes on but doesn't blink.

I disconnected all the Zex stuff, window switch and two gauges to see if that was the issue. Apparently it was not the issue because the blinker is still flashing the dash lights.

I ran all the wires through the big rubber grommet at drivers firewall.

Can anyone make a recommendation on what to look for? Or how to shoot this issue?

Thanks...Jeff
