Good question. If you look, ND has a lot of guys wearing the same number.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

We have the same issue at LSU. We have two different kickers that wear the same number.
Really disappointed that we cousdn't hold on to that lead with less than 2 minutes to go, but it was a fight to the end. I was on campus, but not at the game. The number of people there was astounding. The stadium had over 93k people, there were probably as many outside!

Re: College Football back in full swing!

Penn State got screwed by the officials. Even on replay it was obvious they scored a touchdown..

The safety they gave up was bogus too. He had an eligible receiver in the vicinity of the pass.

It will not be a problem. We couldn't beat Waco High this year. RG3 is history.

Game will be televised locally. 68 degrees and cloudy.

I'll be watching your running back John Hubert as he is a local player. He was smart to pass up Baylor.

The Westboro Baptist (?) Church (Topeka Kansas) on their way to protest people having fun at the US Gran Prix in Austin on Sunday are making a stop in Waco on Saturday to protest the BU / KState game. They say that Baylor (the largest Baptist university in the world) does not believe in God and they ain't to sure about K-State either. They say the neither has good christian morals. They have a permit for one hour. I hope they get arrested. At least it keeps them from attending any military funerals.

Concerning your Heisman Trophy candidate.....just count the number of times they mention RG3 during the game. He graduated a long, long time ago. I hope your QB gets the award.

Can anyone hate Notre Dame being #1? To me it seems like a neutral college to like. Definitely gotta watch them play USC next week.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

So far...worst college football officiating of all time! These guys must be left overs from the beginning of the pro season while the real refs were on strike. Why don't they just hand Satan the trophy now and not bother with the second half.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

This was just a warm up game for Alabama. That was Notre Dame High School playing tonight. The real game will be played next week.

Check your math. Two really horrible calls that could have made some kind of change to the momentum of the game early on.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

I see they're making a big deal out of Musberger blowing his load on national tv over the QB's girlfriend. They both sounded like idiots. Reminds me of when Joe Namath was trying to make out with Suzy Kolber on MNF. Keep the booze and viagra away from the announcers.
