Gripe:
The entire ESPN crew and it's entire attitude about LSU and the Championship game. The so-called Sports Reporters refuse to give credit wher it is due, but from the looks of things it's a requirement to work at that bastion of sports expertise. See also; Lee Corso, Lou Holtz, Kirk Herbstreet.

It's about that time...again!

But this year I'm really starting out confused. I know we're playing a non-conference game to start out, as do most teams, but I keep hearing about Georgia against Russia. I know Georgia is an SEC team...but I can't for the life of me figure out what conference Russia is in!?!

It's slowed it motion, so it looks like we'll see Gustav around Tuesday. Shouldn't interfere wiht the important stuff Saturday at 4:00PM !

Ummm...not one to normally watch Thurs. night college football, but USC is getting their heads handed to them by Oregon! At the half it's all Oregon.
Don't know how this'll play out, but the (supposed) #1 team in the (media) nation, it don't look pretty...

Hmmm...since we thumped the crap out of Oregon State and they beat the supposedly "best team"...wonder how good we (Penn State) really are???

HOW BOUT THOSE TERPS. Beat Clemson in death valley. Clemson had em beat but the TERPS never quit. Their not the best team in the country but you better not think its over til its over.

Cant believe Florida lost to ole miss. that was a shocker. Lovin that the U went down to UNC. Espn and all was talking about how the U has got their "swag" back. guess not. Not looking for my Hokies to do much against Nebraska tonight but this has been a strange week in football so far.

So much for us going in and beating an undefeated Florida team...

This is going to go down as one of the most bizzare college football weekends in a very long time.

Definitly no 'gimmes' today. Should be interesting to see how the Alabama/Georgia game turns out.

I just hope LSU takes Miss. State more seriously than Florida took Ole' Miss. Look like it, so far.

Oregon state sucks. they will not be in the top 25 anytime this season. they are 2-2. They lost to that powerhouse stanford and got blown out by PennState.
