Oh plasti dip...

So I finally started playing with the magical thing known as plasti dip. I took my grill emblem off and sprayed it. I thought it was pretty neat. Anyways I brought the plasti dip with me to duty which is a 24 hr shift, bad mistake. I got bored and started spraying everything in my shop out of boredom, door, tools, people's coffee mugs. Fun stuff!

Re: Oh plasti dip...

I dipped my Pony in black and it's GREAT, 6+months and no chips or signs of wear.

Re: Oh plasti dip...

Ive done my pony, fender emblems, and the mach 1 emblem on my trunk. still debating on my wheels. How do you guys think it would do on a nitrous bottle? Keep in mind it will have a heater on it.

Re: Oh plasti dip...

I just did all my embelms as well as my wheels. I got kinda crazy on my wheels and kept the lip and cut out the grey so just the spokes are black. It looks pretty good. Kind of difficult taking the tape off.

Re: Oh plasti dip...

I have used it on a few things but not on the Mach. I do think that it would be good to put on wheels for those up north to keep the salt off.
