i ended up joining it, but should have just left it to m1r, basically the same web site, just was created after this one, kinda would piss me off if i was the founder of this one

so after a day of being on the other one, just looking around, its kinda boring there compare to here, it really just has the same as this one does, basically they copy this site and made there own, thats all i have to say bout it. i would like to know if the guy who made that one is on here too.

The guy who made the other site found about M1R after the fact (or at least thats the way it looks). He acknowledged soon after the site went up that M1R existed and had more information than he could hope to garner in relation to the 03-04 Mach's. His site was intended for all Mach's and Boss'. A much more lively crowd here and wealth of knowledge.

I just thought I would chime in here to get the record straight.

1. Mach1registry.org doesn't really cater to anything other than 03-04 Mach's. My intention was not to copy this site in any way.

I initially found this site when I purchased my 1972 Mach 1. I posted under a different name at that time but couldn't remember it when I just registered here today. At the time I posted here not one person responded to my question regarding my 72. It was understandable since this site is really only for 03-04 Mach's.

Also the DAY I started Mach1Club.com I posted a link to this site for 03-04 Mach 1's - Specifically 08-15-2009

Anyway, its all about the Mach 1 guys, its not about anything else. I don't make a dime off our site and I'm sure the owner of this site doesn't either, its a labor of love. I'm sure the owner here would agree it cost more than it will ever make in the long run.

If you choose to come to our site your more than welcome, if not then that's the beauty of the internet.

Sorry you feel we are boring. Not really sure how to make it more interesting really since the members are the ones that make a site worth while.

mach1registry.org is a great site I just don't have an 03-04 Mach 1.

i think the ur site will come around and your right the members are the ones you don't make it boring, sorry i used that word.

Hey its all good man! Honestly I only started Mach1Club because all other Mustang sites sort of leave the Mach 1 out of the equation. You have the Cobra sites, GT Sites and even different color car Mustang sites.

There's no way to compete with this site, to many members and to many posts!
That's a sign of great members! The owner should be proud!

Everyone is welcome on Mach1Club.com and in no way would I say leave this site for ours. There really isn't enough info on the net for Mach 1 owners!

I love your site, and If you notice my screenname, I came to this site also with a 1969 Mach1 looking for info, But didnt, Then came back here in 04 when I got myself a 2004 Mach1

Didn't mean to imply your site was boring, sorry if it came across that way. I've registered and visit from time to time. As I am by no means a subject matter expert on cars I enjoy the specific information provided here (I hve an 04). My post was an attempt (maybe a poor attempt) to clarify that your site wasn't a hijack but catered to a wider variety. Love the thumb tack map of the mach's by the way.

Its all good guys as I mentioned before its all about the Mach 1's not about competing with another site, unless of course its against Chevys!

There is a another site started about the same time www.Mach-1.org, each has it own followers. Doesn't really matter who or where you hang out.....Doesn't bother me at all. !! We all have the same passion for Vehicles.....
