Also, it comes with 3 1/2" inlet and outlets and you have to weld your own tabs on it. I have a connection at PC and I was able to talk them into building me one with 3" inlet and outlet so I didn't have to change any of my tubing

Well...I have not data logged anything yet...but from a quick pull on the dyno it appears to make more boost. +2 psi at 7000rpm. The larger intercooler is less restrictive allowing for more air to make it to the manifold. More air in the manifold should = more boost. Less restriction should = less heat as well. That was the goal here, less restriction and more surface area to lower inlet temps. Mine were a mind boggling 180 at the end of the track on a 90 degree day

I'm interested in realworld intake temps at the track. I assume that you have previous logs from the old setup. I'm always looking for ways to keep the inlet temps down out here in the Desert and back in Texas.
Yep...I have old data logs and will compare and will post results once I get my a$$ back to the track. Since my initial dyno pull I have also put on the single blade Throttle body. And once I sell off this old intercooler I will be putting on a ported intake

I wish I had the money lying around to buy your old one. You have a great price on it, and your car was my inspiration from day one.

Beautiful job on the "monster". Procharger is right here in my back yard...so I always like to see people supporting the home team.

Nice to know. I have a 5" Treadstone I want to install whenever I increase the boost. Good job on the spacers.
