Centerline questions

I bought a set of Center line Telstars from a guy who had them on his bullet. He told me the rear wheels were the correct backspacing and that the caliper just needed to be ground down a bit to fit.

He told me the fronts would need a wheel spacer. I think he said 1 inch. Does anyone have any experience with these? What spacer should i go with?

Re: Centerline questions

I found these but its a shot in the dark really. These have a little hub on them. I dont know if that is needed.

Re: Centerline questions

Those spacers should work. The front tires will stick out but, I know people that run them. It looks a little funny but, cheaper than going to gt brakes. As for the back are they 15x8 or 10? Either way it will take some grinding on the banjo bolt and probably some on the caliper. If they're 15x10 the quad shocks will have to come off.

I used those but I have 3" studs on the front and had to knock the included studs out. You can also spacers 5/16" on the rear if you need a little clearance. I also have ARP studs on the rear.

Re: Centerline questions

Test Fit last night and everything looked good. I will post some pictures up. My next question is what size ET Street to run with 4.30's? 275/50/15 ?

Re: Centerline questions

If you have 4.30 why not run a 28" tire ?
I have the stock 3.55 and forced to downsize to a 26". I'm loosing mph with 28" tall due to the gears.

I'd run a 26" tire unless you are boosted or running nitrous.

Looks great!

Re: Centerline questions

I am running a 100 shot. Right now the tire is a 275 60 15 which is a 28 inch tire. The car feels pretty sluggish. I wonder if a 26 inch tire will be too small.
