They don't show the "stock look" covers on their website. I think you have to ask for them specifically, but they were the same price when I bought mine.

Thank you ab_mach. I like those black Mach 1 coil covers they look great and would look even better on top of blue cam covers.

Re: Operation Rescue, 2004 Mach 1
Well I did it guys. I had it listed for ten days, and yesterday a nice young man from Fort Riley drove off with his new toy. I never did get a chance to flip those fender emblems around, but now that my wedding will be paid for in cash, I'm okay with it. Here's a few photos of the finished product. I really appreciate all the help and input that everyone in this thread provided, even if it was only encouragement. Another Mach 1 was saved from the salvage yard!

Honestly, working on, and driving this car reminded me of how much fun these 4V's were. It may be a few years still, but I don't think this is the last time I'll have one of these in my garage.

Re: Operation Rescue, 2004 Mach 1
Lots of hard work. Now when someone on here has a mechanical problem or need to know where something goes....we'll know who to call!
Car looks good and I'm sure it drives good too! The backward emblems make it a "one of one" and a good conversation starter. Big Ron |
