HELP! Repairing the instrument panel - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Can I replace just the stock dash temperature gauge, or is the whole instrument panel pretty much one inseparable unit now? I know the stock gauges are not great, but I want to keep my 04 original. Anyone have an instrument panel or temp gauge they can sell me? Thanks!
