Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
Just bought these tires on closeout and WOW what a difference in handling and traction. Goodbye old Goodyears. The shop sold them for $85 each since they were the very last they had. At that price I picked up the 5th tire to save as back-up in case one gets slaughtered. I know these are summer tires, but not planning on driving in the snow now that I have my old Bronco restored for winter. Anybody else riding on these? It's like a different car.

I have the pole positions and they do handle some on snow here in Denver.

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
I read about those too. That's an even better tire than the RE750, but I feel like it's been a huge jump up in traction/adhesion. For $85 a tire, I couldn't pass these up. I had the shop balance the tires on the inside rim only so the wheels don't have the lead weights ruining the look of the wheels. How many miles have you logged on the Pole Position tires? I usually get about 20K+ driving mostly city, and then it's time to buy.

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
Not sure? I know new tires always seem better than the old ones they replace. It takes time to compare them. I hope they are great tires, at only 85.00 a tire, you'd really get your monies worth, reguardless.

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
That's true; but the original Goodyear's were sub par. I really wanted good adhesion and relative quiet ride on this set; can't stand tire roar. However, some tires do get louder as the wear develops, but the specs say these were engineered to avoid that. Good motoring to ya.

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
Now that you mention it, my wifes Mach is going to shed the Goodyears. I was looking at BFG Sport KDWs, Maybe I'll give Bridgestones a second look. Thanks

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
I just went to the Bridgestone RE760 Sport tires and I'm impressed with them. I've had the stock Goodyears, Goodrich KDW II's, Sumitomo's and now the Bridgestones. They are far better than the Goodyears and the Sumitomo's, and so far I think they might even be better than the KDW's. Lateral traction is excellent!!

Re: Bridgestone Potenza RE750 Tires
That's what my BFG G-Forces do also. Must be a harder compound. I don't go over 30 psi on those, because of that. Your tires seem to be doing well.
