Shocks / Struts ???

I have 83K miles. I guess that it's time for new shocks & struts. I only drive it about twice a week. Would like to upgrade a little. I don't want to lower the car as I have to have blocks to get out of the garage now.

What would ya'll recommend?

Should I do shocks & struts before alignment or does it matter?

Another Bilstein fan here. As was said, do the suspension work then get the alignment.

Re: Shocks / Struts ???

Bils here also. A little expensive but the ride and performance can't be beat.

Re: Shocks / Struts ???

Running the Koni Yellow adjustable. Set at the midpoint ride comfort is about stock but cornering drastically improved. In all honestly though if you are just street driving it the KYB will be a good combo. Definitely do the struts before the alignment or you'll be doing it twice.

Re: Shocks / Struts ???

Thanks for the input. I'll give the Bilsteins a shot when it warms up a little.

I'll let you know what I think about them.
