It was reported that the Big 12 (10 schools) went 9 - 0 opening week.

I watched the BU / SMU game and the Heisman Trophy winner RGIII was mentioned 83 times and he plays for the Washington Redskins???????

Texas Tech fan Ash? I am myself. Tough to judge how good a team is when they play such someone such as Norhtwestern State, although we did look good. The biggest thing I noticed is our offense and defense seemed to be on par with each other. Generally speaking our offense outweighs the defense on a stupid level. They seemed to do pretty good last sat, but again, it was Northwestern State. (sorry if there's any fans out there).

A big surprise for me was the Texas State/Houston game. Houston didn't fair very well. Also, West Virginia had a good showing in there first up as a Big 12 member. They're actually ranked at the top of the Big 12 right now...very interesting...

They did - but trying not to sound negative none of them played a competative opponent.

I was watching the Florida/Tennessee game. The Vols looked like they had the momentum going into the half. I think they hit the pipe during halftime. Man, they got smoked on 3 huuuuuuge TD's. You could have run a Mack truck through their defense in the 2nd half.

Nebraska thinks the "N" on their helments stands for "nowledge".

Baylor scores 9 touchdowns and sets all kinds of individual and team records BUT still loses to West Virginia.

Baylor's colors are green / gold. The first two games they wore all black. Yesterday they wore all white.
