Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

First Mustang was a 65' coupe, it had no motor or transmission, I sold it before finished it to get my second mustang a 70' Fastback unfortunatly due to bad economics and family needing money I sold that too, next was my pride and joy my 86 GT now supercharged with a p-600b I still have that car. next I bought a 82' mustang coupe with a straight six 200ci also still have that car. After a year and a half in the navy I bought my 03 Mach 1.

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

First Mustang was an 07 GT that was pretty extensively modded (cammed, geared, exhaust, Nitrous, Lowered etc..) then I had a 1995 cobra I got from my cousin for basically the price of a new clutch and now I have the Mach.

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

mach is my first stang, but i've had fast cars in the past. Father has always had fast cars around since I was a kid so I had no problem jumping right into the mach. Just need to get it to go around corners better, then I'll start looking at throwing some more power at it

Geez, now I'm embarrassed, but that's the great thing about having "alzheimers". I meet new people every day...again. Look forward to meeting you again next year (LOL).

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

Owned a 2000 roush vert for 3 days before I turned it for a 4k profit. Never even insured it. So I guess the Mach is technically my 1st Mustang.

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

Took 30 years to get our first Mustang, the '03 GT we bought new. Then suddenly a couples years later had the '04 mach1 also. Funny how it worked out that way. Almost all at once.

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

Bought an '02 GT at the end of July '12. Got cut off by a drunk driver and totaled it in November '12. Was getting all the bits and pieces to make it look like a little bit of every factory Mustang. 99/01 Cobra front bumper, shaved trunk lid (Bullitt), Mach 1/Bullitt Shift knob and bezel, Cobra seats, and Shaker hood. Now that's gone so it was perfect time to pick up the Mach 1 like I always wanted, couldn't be happier

My first Mustang was a Black Mach 1. It was totalled in a car accident due to a slippery road, and for me not paying attention =(

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

I always had imports and could never really see myself driving a Mustang. A couple of my friends have had several Mustangs over the years, including a couple Mach 1s. My dad's first car was a '69 Mach. I got it in my head back in '10 that I finally wanted to buy a Mustang (I wanted a Termi) and I came across my '03 DSG Mach. After owning this car I can't imagine another car for the money that I could have as much fun with. :-)

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

1st Mustang - 1999 V6 5 speed - typical mods
2nd Mustang - 2007 GT Premium - More heavily moded
3rd Mustang - 2004 Mach 1 - work in progress

And hopefully the Mach will share the garage with a termi in the near future

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

my 1st Mustang was a 2002 GT i bought just out of high school. i owned it for all of 7 years before selling it as roller (it was 4v swapped 3 years after buying it) i kept the motor planning to get a mach 1 roller in NY but who knows what happened to the seller
then i came across the comp. orange 04 that i now currently have and plan to keep until it cant be put back together anymore.

Re: Is the Mach your 1st Stang?

Our first was my wife's 2003 dsg Gt. Then I HAD to have a 99 cobra... in order to help get in to a house it was sold. Not long after the Mach was found. We still want to make up for getting rid of the gt, so we will be looking for another mach!! This one will be an auto.
