New 03 black owner

Hello all. I recently picked up an 03 black Mach 1 manual. It's a nice car with only 33k miles. When I got it had a k&n drop in, bbk off road x, welded in Magnaflows, and anthracite 17x9,10.5 fr500s. Since I've had it I added limo tint all around, tinted all exterior lights, MGW shifter, Mac 3" catback, X4 with Bama tune. I also had the front bumper repainted and license plate holes filled with a new repo chin spoiler. My previous stangs have been 88gt vert 5sp.,97gt 5sp., 89lx hatch 5.0 5sp, 01 Bullitt, and I currently also have a 92 gt project. I'm glad to finally be part of the 4v crowd, this thing wails above 4500!

Re: New 03 black owner

Yea, I've heard a few bad things about Bama. I'm using the 91 tune with 93 gas so I should be good. I planned on data logging after I figure out which intake spacer I'm gonna do and send it in to them for a retune. I forgot to add in my first post the car had a generic short throw on it and shifted terribly. The Mgw helped a lot but it was still notchy and would lock me out of 3rd at high rpm about half the time. I drained the fluid, it had about 3.8 quarts in it and was dirty. I added about 18-20 oz of Lucas trans fix( I had a partial bottle) and the rest Mobil 1 atf for a total of 3.2 quarts. It shifts like a hot knife though butter now!
