The Proud Spouse Thread
this is a car forum where members seldom share personal aspects of their lives, I get it...
however, it is the only social media I am a member of and at this moment I am unable to contain the excitement for my wife's achievement that opens the door to the next stage of her life. After five long years of juggling a full time job, a full load of college courses every semester, literally driving all over north Texas to do clinicals, putting our son into college, and putting up with an azz for a husband - my beloved spousal unit finished her B.S. in Nursing last December. This week, she passed the NCLEX making her an officially licensed RN. One of the Directors at the corporate office that manages the rehabilitation facility she currently works at has already created a position for her to overlook other facilities in the area. Kudos to all of the significant others, even the future ones if you haven't happened to meet them yet. _ |

Happy for both of you, I was told a long time ago that the harder you work the luckier you get!

Thanks everyone for the kind words!

More and more classes are being offered online making it easier these days. She took Physical Education as an online class... All she did was log in every day to enter what exercises/workout was performed and for how long. _ |

Re: The Proud Spouse Thread
Congrats to her!
My wife went through something along the same lines. I was deployed 6 months out of that time. So she had to take care of 4 kids, go to school and study by herself.
