Need help insatalling 03 Cobra front cover

I need help installing a 03 Cobra front bumper on my 04 Mach. I was told the front cover doesn't fit under the hood of the Mach. I know on the rear I have to change the impact bar and absorber also but the front is the same. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Both are bolt on.
No impact bar changes needed.
The front bumper cover MIGHT touch the underside of the hood
where the "horns" stick up on each side near the headlights.
