No cell phones while driving !

Driving is a full time job & there are already too many idiots on the highways....so lets just put the phones away until the car is parked....unless its an emergency.....it can wait until your parked !

Re: No cell phones while driving !

That's just it. People act like every phone call is an emergency and they have to answer it. I wish cell phones were never invented. They cause accidents, they're rude in public settings, and they waste millions of workplace hours by people constantly getting casual phone calls. I hate them. Can you hear that, Sprint?

In the 70's we where glad to do 1 job a day. Today we need to keep up with at least 10 jobs a day. This would not happen if there was no communications. Unfortunately those days are gone. People should get used to using blue tooth devices. I hated the ear piece for a while until I git used to it. I know have a vehicle with all hands free. It is the way of the future.

I too wish cell phones were never invented. I mainly dislike the social media aspect, were people place more importance on their followers for apps than taking pride in their lives and real life appearance. It has destroyed the old way of dating. It has also hurt basic communication skills.

Re: No cell phones while driving !

Agreed. I am so tired of honking at people who don't move when the light changes because the're so engrossed with there phones. People going half the speed limit and moving around in there lane because they're on the phone.
I was stopped at a light because a lights shining siren blaring cop car was approaching and couldn't believe my eyes when some pedestrian started to cross the street, on his phone, walking right in front of the now stopped cop car, lights and siren blaring. He then stopped turned to look at the cops and just turned around and walked back to the curb never taking the phone from his head. The cops being on an emergency call took off without saying a word to him.
I couldn't believe that one.

I can see the work aspect (if it truly is work related) and the emergency situations (which I can count on one hand in 50 years) but the rest of that stuff I couldn't care less about having. You take away a person's cellphone these days and they'll commit suicide. Get a real life already.

When you look at the popular Mustangs on Instagram, you can argue that killing the Mustang LOL. I've never seen such sad looking Mustangs in all my days. It's almost like these younger people like to do things to cars that people hate... just because.
