New Owner of an 03 Mach 1 FL
Just purchased a 2003 Mach 1 by trading in my 94 GT and I love it. It does have a few cosmetic issues such as the sun damaged rear bumper (stupid sunshine state...) and a few scratches here and there. I wish the previous owner hadn't put on 40th anniversary badges (I mean its an 03 who are you fooling ) and they got rid of the shaker and went with a pinned cowl hood. But as a high schooler those issues allowed me to talk it down into my price range with a full ford service inspection and compression check so I'm happy. Really great car and I am loving the looks you get with these cars lol

Re: New Owner of an 03 Mach 1 FL
Sorry I was gone for the weekend. Sorry but I can't seem to post any pics. I got them all resized so they are under the limit but it keeps saying upload failed. Any ideas why? They are jpg so not some weird file type. Not awful but its also not where I want it to be yet

I think something with this forum is broken and they have no intention of fixing it. Either use the Tapatalk app to post directly from your phone or otherwise you need to upload them to a site like photobucket, flickr (sp?) etc..then you can post it here

Re: New Owner of an 03 Mach 1 FL
All right I think I finally got it http://s288.photobucket.com/user/seanbo98/slideshow/. The first photo is the kinda weird streetglow setup the previous owner had on it. Not my first choice and I didn't know about it when I purchased the car but its grown on me. I only use it around the neighborhood or in parking lots as a little gimmick since blue lights are sorta illegal to have on the road...

Re: New Owner of an 03 Mach 1 FL
Welcome to the Mach 1 World of ownership. Too bad the shaker hood and set up is gone. That and the Mach 1 wheels is what really made it stand out as a Mach 1.

Ha, I just saw you in traffic today. At 434 and Ronald Reagan. Black Mach with a 99 Cobra front. Welcome. FWIW, I couldn't tell the bumper was faded.

Wow what a coincidence I remember seeing you and thinking that's definitely a Mach 1 hood and shaker but with the front I wasn't sure. Yeah the bumpers not awful and having the hood and shaker gone is unfortunate but its what put it in my price range. I mean 7500 from a ford dealership with a full service inspection and compression check isn't bad. I'm looking at getting the hood and shaker setup as funds allow.
