Throw out bearing
Alright guys I have an 03 Mach 1 and here is my current problem. My throw out bearing seized and I had no clutch. No big deal right take the old one off and put a new one on and problem fixed. So I figured I might have over screwed up by putting an aftermarket BBK clutch quadrant and aftermarket BBK clutch cable on and it caused over adjustment. I went back with OEM quadrant, cable, and ford performance throw out bearing. Everything went back together great, drove it around a few times and when I go to put it in the garage the exact same thing had happened. The throw out bearing was seized! Im not sure what is causing this to repeatedly happen. Any suggestions or someone that has had the same issue feel free to comment and what you found to fix it.

Re: Throw out bearing
did you inspect the TOB sleeve on the input shaft of the transmission for damage?

Re: Throw out bearing
Is the bearing seized or is the bearing shell seized on the input shaft?
