WTB: Factory MAF screen

Had my car die on me today while coming up to a stop light. First of all; terrifying.

But the car has a K&N intake and I'm willing to bet that it is missing the MAF screen. Does anybody have one that they'd be willing to sell? Ford is wanting like $60 for it and I don't want to spend that.

PLEASE HELP!

Re: WTB: Factory MAF screen

if you have the part number for the one Ford quoted you, we can search to see what else it fits.

Re: WTB: Factory MAF screen

I see you have listed in your mods, "crappy bama tune". sure your issue isn't with the tune?

if you can't find the screen let me know, most likely mine will fit.

Re: WTB: Factory MAF screen

I was having issues with my car stalling out just about anywhere while coasting to a light before I put the K&N intake on. It's more common coming down hills for some odd reason. I just got used to it happening. It doesn't happen often anymore but still happens. Check to make sure you haven't put the clamps on too tight and caused the plastic to deform. The PO of my kit did this and I had to use some heat to get the plastic pliable again to undo the damage.
