buddy are you going to be there everyday? i'll have to check if i have my boys that weekend, it be alright if really close, but they are just still so young and get bored really fast, just still young
but i'm going to try to come watch you buddy and if don't have my kids with me i'll help you and your family out if ya'll need something

oh also Rob got a 08 shelby GT500, traded in his mach,

i could always run your shelby for you since you'll be busy with your mach

Met Chris and his dad in the staging lanes. Great guy, but we didn't get to talk for long.This event is 3x bigger than last year. There weren't many vendors. I'm guessing they decided after last year not to come back. BAD move!

Chris was running brackets. I have no idea how he did. I was in True Street. TS in NMRA is a class where they average your three passes together for those who don't know. There are indexes from 9.0 up to 15.0. I tried taking it easy on the first pass because I knew I couldn't leave hard enough to go 12.0. I went 12.80. I tried to ease up a little so I'd be set for the last pass. I went 13.63 instead of the 13.20 or so I was looking for. So, for the last pass, I tried to step it up a little, missed second and went 13.73 for an average of 13.40. I didn't even stick around for the awards ceremony, lol.

There were only three Machs there. Me, Chris, and a guy from WSM whose sn is Yellowmenace. He's got a stroker with a D-1 on it. On a bye run, he went 10.19 for a personal best. He was in the semis when we had to leave. Chris was still there, and not loading up, but I don't know where he stood. I blew it on my first run in brackets and got killed.

hey guys,

WOW!! What a great weekend of racing for those of you who didn't make it out you really missed out. Got to meet James (JPJNTX) for the first time, see my old friend James (Yellowmenace) who I haven't seen in awhile (we was the only Machs holding down the fort), and ran into a few guys who I been racing with and against for years. Even met a guy that have been racing my uncle from way back in the day in Porter, Tx (I beat him) when I was little boy. Saw an 81 year old man run an Drag Radial ran a 6.71 @234 mph. My favorite class of the event was the NA 10.5 class low 8 sec. cars screaming at 10,000 rpms. I must say the car show wasn't as big as I would had aspected or the swap meet. But, unto the results for James (JPJNTX) told you his results and how his weekend went. Not sure how James (Yellowmenace) do on saturday, but sunday he race in Open Comp & Bracket 1. Open Comp lost in the 2nd and in Bracket 1 he made it to the 3rd before going out. As for me I ran in Index Rumble E and Bracket 1. Saturday was qualified #8 in Index Rumble and in bracket 1 lose in the Quarter Finals with and -.005 redlight. Sunday, Index Rumble got the first round bye and in the second round lose due to I forgot to shift the car back into 1st after the burnout and left in 2nd gear. Bracket 1 I made it all the way to the semi-finals and got beat with an holeshot. His .025 to my .044 reaction time. Worst part about it I ran dead on my dial-in. I was really trying to get that Wally but just missed it dang it well maybe next year I would finally make my dream come true and get that Wally Trophy.

P.s. I will post up pics and videos I have from the weekend as soon as I have time.

Yeah just need to do a convertor swap just dropped off the convertor I putting in at the shop today to have fixed and adjusted.
