falcon, I think you are missing the point. I know your car is red. I saw it myself at the MCA 30th. The point is that the PICTURE of your car in your AVATAR doesn't look red it looks orange.

Yes, to the normal RED loving person Azure Blue might be worse than your red looking orange. I just prefer being exclusive. You can get that red/orange on any mustang. Azure Blue is only on the Mach1. Therefore it's a step above all others!

The avatar is actually a photo of a photo that is a composition photo. It had to be photoshopped a bit to get rid of some reflection, so that might explain the color look difference. You have to understand, I am color blind (really! ), so Comp Orange looks extremely close to Torch Red to me.

(This really pi$$es me off when hunting Hot Wheels. The green stripe on the Treasure Hunt cars looks very close to dark red and other color stripes used on other series cards. Drive me nuts!!! )

Worse news...your car is still blue...but it could be worse...it could be DSG...

I understand being color blind as I am as well but I'm brown/green red /brown color blind. That's why I like the exclusive Azure Blue.

Same here. Never knew it until I was a doctors office and I couldn't see the numbers on a color test book that happened to be left opened to a particular page. Freaks people at my work out...so I do go out of my way to have fun at THEIR expense.

Back when there were onyl 20 or 30 if us, a former TR owner deceded it would be cool to keep track of the TR cars. The thread never died, and it may end up being somthing of interest later on as people buy cars from owners that have theirs listed on here. There was also the thoguht of a TR group, which I still list in my sig as the Krewe de la Mach Rouge (Crew of the Red Mach), a sort of offshoot of a Mardi Gras crew, We just never took it to the next level.

Hey Falcon, glad to see that some folks are still here I haven't checked in for a very long time. You probably recall that I bought Warpdspazm's TR (3rd Mach off the line). I haven't had time to spend on here but since I've had my ABS module die on me I figured this was the place to find a replacement. Hope all is well, take care. She just turned over 90K without any other problems outside of steering rack replacement last week so I can't complain (except for the $1200 estimate for the module
