Re: anyone running a crossover delete with a centri?
ok so heres my final routing which requires 1 45 hose end, 1 90, and 2 straight.
I moved a harness off the cooling fan and used the hole to run a zip tie through to help hold the housing up in place. i highly recommend one of these to pressure test the system, I had to go back and tighten up a few things its not ziptied in place in this picture, was still pressure/leak testing. With the zip tie it tucks up nice against the fan driver side: pass side

Re: anyone running a crossover delete with a centri?
the car is still way up on jack stands so the hoses under the shaker shouldnt be very visible once its back on the ground

Re: anyone running a crossover delete with a centri?
a few things to note:
1) You can get a "spacer" fitting that will fit on the fitting that goes into the head (its basically just female on side and male on the other), using that will give you enough height to clear the alternator bracket and allow you to run the hose behind the alternator and around to meet the hose coming out of the driver side head. I saw it done on another forum and will suggest the part to On3 so itll match in black. 2) I did NOT have to burp the system doing it this way, I just ended up having to add some coolant to the overflow bottle so it burped itself just fine 3) the 180 stat is ok but not where I wanna be when its hot out, gonna try a 170 and see what happens. Im just using a single 1/8" hole warm up time isnt too bad (80s and 90s outside)

Re: anyone running a crossover delete with a centri?
I just revived my kit from them and was wondering if you knew exactly what threads they use for the coolant bypass fitting. I recived the housing with a plug but need to put a hose fitting there for my head cooling mod. Nothing I can find at the hardware stores seems to fit.

Re: anyone running a crossover delete with a centri?
No idea as I'm not using it. I would call/email them. I'd imagine it's an npt but no idea beyond that
