Hi guys, as aways went to get a new dyno tune from Bob Kurgan and as always was not disappoimted with the results or the level of professionlism I received. I removed the Ported Eaton and bolted on a 2.3L first gen Whipple. My appointment was at 8 AM and by 8:15 car was on the dyno. I tried to sneak 2 things by him, but before we even began he was inspecting under the hood and caught my 3.20 pulley when he had said use a 3.37 ( got great info about too much boost on pump gas). I had broke connector on IAT sensor, and on first pull he caught that when it came loose (FYI, default IAT is 100 when connector comes off). He made 3 to 4 pulls and on my current fuel system got 601 rwhp and 554 rwTq. Most imporatntly, driveability is awesome, but that is why he is the ONLY person to ever tune my car. No datalogging and emailing back and forth, roll up, tune, and I never touch the car again. I say it over and over, if you are in the SE area and won't the most potential out of your car with DD characteristics, head to Gainesville GA and give Kurgan a call, you will NOT be disappointed. When I have time will update my build thread, been awhile and have done alot to the car with the usual Mach 1 roller coaster of smiles and tears lo. Thanks again Bob, see ya again when I upgrade fuel system !! (and find a Gen 2)

kurgan use to tune here in chicago. He has pissed alot of people off in the mustang community around here. I personally have not dealt with him I used Tim Barth but I have had alot of friends deal with him when he was up in Rockford and most of them dont have good things to say about him. I dont like to bash people that I dont know but here is chicago his reputation is not very good

funny because i still tune HUNDREDS of cars in chitown remotely... and i have 2 cars in my shop (1 being a big hp mach 1) that was removed from MPH and towed down here at the owners expense... dont believe everything you read.
