smell???

i changed my trany fluid with the secret sauce and every time i gas on it i can smell trany fluid
it's not leaking it any where so what is happening????

Well hopefully somebody can tell us, cause I just changed mine about 3 weeks ago and my car is doing the same thing, only when i'm in it hard. I checked and and there is no sighns of leakage anywhere.

I just had the same problem. My vent was plugged on the tranny and under hard acceleration the fluid was pushing out through the shifter (I have a Tri ax) I really never saw a leak, just smelled fluid. Pull your shifter boot and that rubber one that sits below it and you'll probably see fluid pooling.

I just bought a cork gasket sheet from Autozone and made a new gasket for it. My stock silicon crap started leaking too. I originally bought a new gasket from American Muscle but even though it was for a 3650, it still didn't fit perfectly so I ended up going with my own custom cut one.
