Re: College Football back in full swing!

LS Who? I only caught about 1 1/2 quarters of this game, but I do enjoy watching Florida and Florida St. play when it's a killer match-up. Actually, I think I like watching the Southern teams more than any other. Their games always seem more exciting.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

LS exactly what I was expecting. We are going to get murdered when it comes time to play Satan & Co. This is going to end up being the college version of the Saints season for us. We have NO front line. They stop opponents like greased brake rotors stop a car. It's a simple fix no one has figured out.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

Yeah, I was shocked how much Florida was running the ball and racking up the yards. Texas really blew that game. That bad snap cost them the game. That was an easy TD.

I just wanna say GO GATORS!

Sorry Falcon.

#3, #4 and #5 go down, what a day! With those three kissing the top five goodbye maybe there is room for the Gators.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

No problem. You guys executed and scored TDs, we didn't and only managed field goals. We got what we deserved. Only hope things can get better as the season progresses, but I'm not counting on it.
Real shocker with Fla. State as well as Georgia. Going to to be a very interesting rest of the season I do believe...

Gotta love my Lions! Even with the NCAA trying to destroy the program, they still are managing to play some pretty good ball!!

Methinks the Mountaineers are in trouble today... Lack of a defense may finally catch up to 'em.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

You might want to be careful. They're looking to take out what happened to them, by us, last weekend, on someone. They're not a bad team. We were as lucky as good. It easily could have gone the other way.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

I've never seen a QB with a stat of 3 TD's in 15 yards of passing. That Florida game is whack. Should be 6-0 S. Carolina.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

That was really ugly. Our 'Aggie' experience today makes me wonder about the rest of the season. We'll know in about two weeks when Satan comes to play...

Re: College Football back in full swing!

We're fortunate to have some depth at that position, but there's been a lot of attrition throughout the team, and our QB is not living up to the pre-season billing...not at all!

Re: College Football back in full swing!

Not many teams (other than Baylor) that can score 59, 48, 47, 63, 21, and 50 points and only be 3 - 3 for the year....such is life in the Big 12.

Re: College Football back in full swing!

Good point. With A&M running up points like crazy the past few weeks I thought we were done for. Turns out, not.
Bama and Miss. St. should have a good tussle next weekend, problem is that we have both of them in the two weeks following. Someone's going to be really mad...really mad.

After 18,472 views and 898 posts, and an 8-0 record, I think I will finally post in this thread, and change my avatar pic to fit my profile name.

If they lose this weekend, I will weep
