Car grinds everytime I go into 5th gear

Just started doing this, every time I go into 5th gear it grinds a little.

The simplest thing you can do is the clutch adjuster. Pull the clutch pedal towards you, it'll move, and then push it down. You'd be surprised how this fixes a lot of ills. Otherwise you may have issues that need to be addressed by a shop that'll need to go into the transmission. Give it a shot.
