best outdoor car cover? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

don't have a garage, so I'm looking for the best car cover that has good protection from rain and snow. there are some trees by my drive way, so it's not completely in the sun all day. most of the week I park the car in the shade at work, so I'm not as concerned about the sun and UV damage

I was thinking about getting the sunbrella one, since it is the most water resistant and also has good UV protection.

but since it won't be in the sun all day, maybe the weathershield hd or hp would be better

I live in Miami and my car is almost always in the sun, and the Wolf cover really does a good job of keeping the cockpit cool, keeping the water spots off the car when it rains (every day) it doesn't let water penetrate really, and it seems to be protected from the sun well.
Ive had it about 10 months and no rips or tears.

I have for my Mach when it sits ouside while I am at a college class i use the California Car Cover I have the Stormweave model, which is the thickest most durable one they make.

I have the Mach1 car cover on my car as we speek. Its very thin and you have to cut a hole in it for the antenna. I would go with Wolf cause they have a great rep and are thick too.

go to a ford dealer and get a mustang cover. it already has the antenna hole and is great quality. i bought one for my car because i am in iraq (14 months now) when i went home 3 months ago to check on my car it looked like it did the day i left. i think i paid 250-300 but it was worth it

Go to www.calcarcover.com and order their SUPERWEAVE. It is their premium outdoor cover. I Just got one for the GT500 and it is fantastic. It was raining sideways last week and the car remained spotless. I don't bother to cut a hole for the antenna. I just remove it and put it in the trunk. These are custom fit to your specific car and can be customized with a logo, additional grommets or two tone panels. It is pricey ($300.00) but well worth it.

The NOAH cover sucks to say the least. After about 6 months of use, sand dust would soak through and cover the car when it rained. At that point I was better of not using a a cover at all. I sent it back to Summit for a refund.
