should i be mad?

hello all, i just ordered a hood sticker from graphic express. The sticker that goes behind the shaker has major fold marks. Should i not worry or call for a diff one? ty

Fold marks may not be a problem, I have dealt with this before. Make sure you follow the installation instructions to the tee! I would take a picture of this before you start the project, this way if it dosen't work out you can ask them to replace it and have proof.Good luck.

thanks bumblebee. i was going to try to let a pro put it on. Just sortta mad when u pay $90 on somthing and it looks like they sat on it during lunch .lol Im callin in am.

I would call the company you bought them from and tell them what is going on. Ask them do they want to send a replacement and you send that one back or put them on and see how it turns out. Take some pics of the folder decal and send it to them as well.

try to iron it out.. It shouldnt of even been bent, they send it in a tube.

ask for a replacement--once you put it on or try to you are S.O.L.(Read the fine print)--and this way you might get a free replacement in case the install doesn't go well.

depends on the fold, but i would see if you can ust get em to send you a new one and make it right, they should have been better packaged in the first place not to have that problem. good luck
