Sad looking Mach1
I spotted this 2003 black Mach 1 in the parking lot at my local shopping plaza. I was excited to see what it had on it. We’ll once I got out and looked over it I was amazed that someone would let it go so badly. Can’t tell too much from the picture but it’s failing fast. There was a good layer of dust out ash on the interior along with leaves, cracked cowel, fading bumpers and faded seats. . At some point an owner had loved it. It has been lowered, steeds exhaust, front Mach1 specific bra, bullitt accessories, no hood decal, 5spd. Surprisingly good rims and tires. I wanted to wait for the owner and offer cash to take it home and clean it up and flip it. Not just for the cash but for someone to keep it in better condition. I’ll keep an eye out for it and see what happens.

Saw this one down in Clarksville. Makes me want to get my Comp done, ironically I saw it on the way to the Machine shop that is currently fixing the engine. Pick your poison. |

Really gonna be sweet when you do get her done. You don't see comp O Mach's often where I'm at. You really don't see comp O new edge's often in general.

Re: Sad looking Mach1
That really looks good compared to the one I saw a couple of weeks ago. The shaker and the red paint were almost white with dust and debris. I was afraid to ask the guy to pop the hood. I probably would have slapped him upside the head. I don't think it had ever been washed.

The end of last year we were looking for a car for my son. We went to look at a 95 Cobra. The thing was sad. It was missing the hood inserts, interior was falling apart, I'm pretty sure the springs had been heated up to lower it. The guy just didn't care about it. He slammed it over two speed bumps leaving and coming back on the test drive. I really felt bad for the car.
