Strange misfire, please help

So I have a procharged mach , which I don't drive too often. I took the car out this morning, ran strong and pulled hard. Parked it for about a half hour, fired her back up and it misfired the whole way home. When I got home I inspected all plugs and even did a compression check. All ok. Put it back together and it ran fine. It has all new factory coils Installed as well. It seems to do this after its driven kind of hard, parked for a short time and restarted. Any suggestions?

Ive had a plug , a NGK tr6 go bad on me. It was less than 100 miles into service. Sounds like a bad coil to me though .
