Re: which tire do i use?
whats done to the car? those are very different tires and it would be much easier to give a suggestion with more info. M&H and MT are very different tires. the MT is probably a little more forgiving as far as getting the pressures and launch right, but the M&H is much lighter. the tires are constructed differently so the you have to hit them differently on the starting line. They like different amounts of heat. there's a lot to it.
i have a lot of runs on both tires (smaller sizes) with stick cars and auto cars, and have going low 1.40 60's on the M&H and mid 1.30s on the MT. do you need that much tire? I really like using as small of a tire (width) as possible.

Re: which tire do i use?
its a street car, it does not see any track time, its mostly a street car. i sometimes attend some roll race events. its a 5 spd supercharged mach with 3.73 gears making approx 800 hp at the flywheel. what would be a better street tire? rather than a 60' time tire?

Re: which tire do i use?
honestly its a toss up. Both are going to be a decent street tire. The MT is going to be a little stickier but the M&H is lighter. Both tires are decent in the wet.
I would say the decision is based on tire height and price... good luck!
