Owner of an 03 Zinc Yellow Mach in Poughkeepsie NY???? - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

I saw an immaculate 03 Zinc Yellow Mach in the Poughkeepsie Home Depot parking lot this morning. Anyone here belong to it? If so, It's one helluva ride.

I live in Poughkeepsie. I haven't seen it around. I'll have to keep my eyes open for it.
Going on a cruise tomorrow with LMMC. I may be putting a for sale sign in the window. Not sure yet. I hate to sell it but I never get to drive it.

Hey shakerrr,we should try to meet up sometime. I hardly drive my car but I surely don't want to sell it. I bet if you sell yours, you'll regret it. It looks like an awesome ride.

Yes, that would be mine. Was picking up supplies to replace some rotted wood in my garage door frame.

Thanks for the compliment. I bought it used 3 years ago with 8,000 miles and now it is just a tick below 20,000. It is pampered with garage use, but I drive it whenever I can.

It is my second Mach 1. A 73 red Mach 1 was my first new car.

I waited around hoping to speak to you, but I had to get to gettin'. Besides, I was rockin my homeowner mobile....A.K.A my Subie wagon. I would have loved to have had my Mach. I did take it out today though, I love cruising my Mach when I get a minute. Mine is a garage queen too, with 26000 miles on it. Hopefully I'll catch you around someday soon.

If I had seen another Mach 1, I would have parked near it. Such a rare sight around here to see a Mach 1.

There was another zinc yellow Mach 1 around 3 years ago, but I haven't seen it lately.

I'll try to keep my eyes open for any black Mach 1s, though I have a feeling you'd spot mine before I'd spot yours.

Yeah, I'm still tossing the idea around. I know every muscle car I have ever owned, I've regretted selling them to this day.

I also have a 69 Firebird convertible that I need to finish restoring. Wife, 4 kids and a job that requires long hours doesn't leave much time for toys. Not to mention the Harley that calls my name when I enter the garage.

I should just hold on to it until the kids are grown and it may be fun to still have around.

Boy, isn't that the truth. Sometimes parting with a car you've really enjoyed, is the only way to get something else to enjoy. Replacing a prize with a really great car does help, but there are always those days when you miss it.

It makes it even harder when somebody locally has your old car and you get to see it regularly to remind you how great it still looks.
