Any reply will be appreciated, forgot to measure stock ride height before coil over install and want to get it close to stock height, not trying to lower. Thanks Registry!!!

Re: Stock rear height

I forget what it is was before lowering my Mach with Sportlines...... You could always adjust them upward until it begins to look like it's 4 wheel drive and then you'd be about stock height. ;o)

Re: Stock rear height

Reviving with a question. I need to adjust my ride height and my shop has been blowing me off, so... where exactly do I want to place my floor jack in order to adjust the collar on the spring? All I can find is some things about weight off wheels, you guys that may have adjusted the height of your rear coilovers, how did you do it in your driveway without a lift??? Thanks, as well I still have the new pinion snubber to put in, can this be done without the car up on a lift?

Re: Stock rear height

jack it up and put the jack stands under the frame members and lower jack so that the suspension just hangs

Re: Stock rear height

Mike you are always the one I can count on, what exactly do you mean by frame members? You mean just jack up as if I was changing a flat?? Can you believe I am STILL messing with this, my mechanic would rather have his own s*** in the bay so no lift and I got fed up, sorry about the vent, I have a good floor jack and stands, also do I need that spanner wrench? Once again mechanic said they could be turned by hand, think I will be adjusting up to raise, I feel like a dumba**, should have left it alone

Re: Stock rear height

You can use the rear torque boxes I believe. Or the frame rails/subframe connectors.
