Send off to Afghanistan

My best friends son flys out tomorrow for his 1st tour. I've watched him grow up and got really attached like he was my own kid. We had a big party Saturday and tonight had a few beers and said our goodbyes. I had tears for the 1st time in forever. I can't begin to tell you what a smart respectful young man this is. Please say a prayer for PFC Steven Grado and all our troops.

Many times our young military troops today are thought of only as brave, but they are truly some of America’s finest in many ways and will be our future.

May Allah expedite the journey of the "bad guys" to those 70 lovely virgins!

Tell home to keep his head down and his ears and eyes open. God Bless!

When I hear about the 70 virgins.....I often wonder what they're thinking when they get to the Pearly Gates and they find out that there ain't no virgins.....I can just see them scratch and tilt their head and say "watch you talkin' about Bro'? You gotta' be kidding!"
