going all natural...aspiration

ok so i just recently picked up a 98 cobra short block had a bearing fail in my stock motor probably from hard driving by previous owner plus lack of care... anyway im going to be putting my C heads on the block with 96-98 cobra cams and wondering if a ported intake would be worth it. i know mod motors love boost but i just want a modest 350 at the rear N/A style. The car already has every bolt on. should i be close with the cams and a proper degree? if not where might i be able to get a ported intake without breaking my wallet or anything else i might need

it should be close to 350 with the 98 cobra cams and the bolt-on's.
