Only a few things remain from the ol Mach 1. Bored tonight so let's discuss the 10 months I owned the Mach 1

1) used 1.5 qts every 1k miles from the start
2) had to replace filler neck grommet.
3) accel coils went bad (they were new) replaced with msd
4) hub bearing came apart going down i40
5) speedo doesn't always work
6) car suddenly died going at extreme speeds.
7) clutch cable broke
8) clutch went out
9) broke 4th gear synchro
10) mice got into the car while being stored clean out interior and cleaner took color out of carpet
11) oh yea deer hit me
12) hit a deer
13) installing procharger called the guy who built the engine to get a tune... " the car jumped time one tooth. Did u get that fixed? Drivers bank is 40 psi lower than passenger"

He was wrong drivers bank wAs 100 psi lower on the two middle Pistons. Until u add oil.

Not anyone's fault. This is how my luck goes.

I am sure going to miss u gentlemen I might stop back through to say hello. I am moving to the push rod world.

One thing I have to say. My Mach one looked good and sounded even better.

Thought you were on another search for a mach? man sorry you had that experience with the mach,
you do not have to go anywhere,
The mach's are what bring us to this site, but the friendships continue to grow.
good luck though

Glad you are getting it man. I hope it serves you well. I hate all the trouble u had with the mach. Post pictures when you get it. Even though you don't have the mach you should still stay on and hang out. There's some good guys on here that are always willing to help out.
